Gym Eesti Internal Rules<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  1. While in the gym, all customers are required to follow these internal rules, Gym Eesti’s general terms and conditions, and the lawful instructions of Gym Eesti employees.<\/li>
  2. Video surveillance is used in the gym for security, property protection, and to detect violations.<\/li>
  3. Persons aged 15 and over may train in the gym. Persons under 15 years of age are not permitted to enter the gym.<\/li>
  4. You must behave politely and considerately in the gym. Activities that disturb, endanger, or damage other customers, employees, gym equipment, or the normal use of the gym are prohibited.<\/li>
  5. The customer undertakes to use the training equipment with care. Intentional damage to the training equipment and uncontrolled or unjustified dropping of it on the floor is prohibited.<\/li>
  6. After use, exercise equipment must be placed back in its designated place and used exercise machines and equipment must be cleaned with the designated cleaning agent.<\/li>
  7. In the gym, you must wear suitable clothing and clean indoor shoes. For safety and hygiene reasons, it is not permitted to train barefoot, in socks or open shoes. It is recommended to wear flip-flops in the washrooms.<\/li>
  8. It is recommended to use a training towel during training.<\/li>
  9. The client trains in the gym at his\/her own risk. In case of health problems, Gym Eesti recommends consulting a doctor or other competent specialist before training.<\/li>
  10. Only persons authorized by Gym Eesti may provide services in the gym. The client is prohibited from providing any services in the gym, including training, consulting, or personal training, without the prior written consent of Gym Eesti.<\/li>
  11. Gym Eesti does not mediate personal trainer services for clients. A personal trainer authorized by Gym Eesti and the client agree on the terms of the service (including content, cost, time, duration). The client pays the trainer directly for the service. Gym Eesti is not responsible for the service provided to clients by the trainer, including training advice, health risks, cancellation or postponement of training sessions, etc.<\/li>
  12. The gym access code, QR code, access rights and membership account are personal. Sharing them with other people or allowing multiple people to use the gym with one access is not permitted.<\/li>
  13. The lockers in the changing rooms can be locked with a padlock. The client can use their own padlock or purchase one from the vending machine in the gym.<\/li>
  14. Lockers in the changing rooms are intended for use only during training. Gym Eesti has the right to open and empty lockers that are used in a manner that is contrary to these internal rules.<\/li>
  15. Gym Eesti is not responsible for the safety of items left in gym rooms or lockers, unless the damage is caused by Gym Eesti’s intent or gross negligence.<\/li>
  16. Smoking, consumption of alcoholic beverages and narcotic or psychotropic substances on the gym premises, and entering the gym while intoxicated are prohibited.<\/li>
  17. The use of doping substances is not permitted in the gym.<\/li>
  18. It is not permitted to consume food brought in from the gym, except for sports drinks.<\/li>
  19. Shaving, shaving, dyeing hair, washing and drying laundry, and other activities that may disturb other customers or violate hygiene requirements are prohibited in the gym.<\/li>
  20. Photography and filming are permitted in the gym only for personal purposes and in a manner that does not disturb other customers or violate their rights. The use of professional or stand-alone recording equipment and photography or filming for non-personal purposes is permitted only with the prior written consent of Gym Eesti. Photography and filming are prohibited in the changing rooms and washrooms.<\/li>
  21. Theft, damage to gym property or other significant violation gives Gym Eesti the right to restrict or prohibit the client’s access to the gym for a fixed period or indefinitely, terminate the contract, refuse to enter into a new contract in the future and demand compensation for the damage caused. In the event of the above violations, service fees for the unused period are not subject to refund.<\/li>
  22. In the event of a violation of the internal rules, general terms and conditions, or Gym Eesti instructions, Gym Eesti has the right to issue a warning to the client, ask the client to leave the gym, restrict the client’s access, impose a contractual penalty of up to 100 euros for each violation, terminate the contract, and demand compensation for the damage caused.<\/li>
  23. The client undertakes to avoid making excessive noise in and around the gym and to be considerate of other clients and residents. It is prohibited to continuously or repeatedly create significantly disturbing noise or light effects between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM and the night before a holiday between 00:00 AM and 7:00 AM.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
