Joining and Membership
How do I join Gym!?
Register in the customer environment. Make a payment. Download the Gym! mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. Log in and generate a personal QR code to enter the gym. Enjoy your workout!
What memberships can I choose from?
• Lifestyle membership – a membership with an annual commitment period and monthly payments.
• 365-day membership – annual membership with a one-time and immediate payment.
• Trial training – valid for 3 consecutive calendar days.
• One-time pass.
What does the Lifestyle membership mean?
The membership begins on the day the agreement is signed and ends 12 months later at the end of the month, provided the termination of the agreement is recorded in the customer environment. Otherwise, the agreement continues indefinitely.
What does the 365-day membership mean?
The membership is valid from the day the agreement is signed and automatically expires after 1 year.
Can I come for a trial workout?
Yes, the three-day trial training is valid for 3 consecutive calendar days. It can be purchased an unlimited number of times.
Can I visit the gym with a single pass?
Yes. Every gym has a payment terminal where you can pay €6.95 for a one-time pass. This pass can only be purchased between 7:00 and 23:00 or during the centers’ opening hours. At Gym! Mustikas, the terminal is only at the atrium-side entrance. At Gym! Rocca al Mare, the terminal is only at the entrance inside the center.
How do I cancel the Lifestyle membership?
The agreement is binding for 12 months and continues indefinitely if the termination is not recorded in the customer environment. The agreement cannot be terminated early. Termination of an indefinite agreement must be recorded under “Agreement details” in the customer environment. The agreement will then end at the close of the following month. If a debt has occurred, it must be paid through the customer portal. Otherwise, termination of the agreement is not possible.
Can the Lifestyle membership be cancelled before the end of the binding period?
The “Lifestyle” membership can only be terminated within the first 12 months by paying an early termination fee. The fee is equal to the sum of three months’ fees, based on the current price list. The corresponding application must be submitted to the email address info@gymeesti.ee.
Is it possible to take a payment holiday?
No. To be able to offer the most affordable price, we do not allow payment holidays.
Can a membership be shared or transferred?
No. The membership is personal. Sharing it with third parties is prohibited and may result in a fine of up to €100 for each violation. Transfer of the agreement is not possible.
How often can I visit the gym per day?
Up to 3 times a day.
Can I visit all Gym! locations with one membership?
Yes, the membership is valid at all Gym! fitness centers in Estonia.
Can I use my Gym! account on multiple devices?
A Gym! membership account can only be used on one device. For security, an account logged in from different devices will be blocked until further clarification is provided. If the account is blocked, please contact info@gymeesti.ee to have it unblocked.
Payments and Invoices
How can I pay?
Payment is possible only with payment cards. You can pay with both Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
What happens if a payment fails?
To pay again, log in to the customer environment, select “Payments”, check the box next to the payment(s) you wish to pay, choose “Pay” and complete the payment.
Can I pay with cash?
No. Payment is only possible with payment cards.
Can I purchase a membership through Stebby?
It is possible to upload your Gym! invoice to the Stebby environment after making a purchase. You will be reimbursed for it if your employer has allowed it in their compensation plan. You can find more detailed information on the Stebby website.
Where can I find my paid invoices?
After payment, the invoice will be sent to your email. All invoices are also available in the customer environment under “Documents”.
How do I find my contract details in the client portal?
You can find the details of the agreement in the customer environment under “Agreement details”.
Gym Opening Hours and Visits
What are the gym opening hours?
The gyms are open 24/7. Night access depends on the gym’s location—check the details in your specific gym’s information. Click here
Is there an age limit for the gym?
Yes. The gym services can be used from the age of 15. The legal representatives of all minors (from the age of 15) must approve their agreement.
What is a self-service gym?
In a self-service gym, there is no traditional service desk or staff. Instead, we have vending machines and personal trainers who are always ready to assist.
Are there group classes at the gym?
Group training sessions do not take place in our gyms, but consider our personal trainer services. Click here.
Can I use personal training services at the gym?
Yes. You can get acquainted with our personal trainers on the website and on the information boards in the gym. To book an appointment and find out prices, contact your preferred trainer directly.
Is Is providing personal training allowed?
Only trainers with a Gym! contract can provide personal training sessions at Gym! fitness centers. To apply, write to treener@gymeesti.ee.
When are you opening new gyms?
We are continuously expanding in Estonia and Latvia. To stay updated with the news, follow our social media channels.
Why do I need a personal padlock and where can I get one?
A personal padlock is necessary for locking the lockers in the changing rooms. Padlocks can be purchased from the Gym! vending machine.
What should I do if my padlock won't open or I've lost the key?
If there is a Gym! trainer in the gym, they can help by cutting the lock. If there is no trainer, press the G4S emergency call button at the entrance or call 1911. G4S security guards will come and open the locker.
Who should I contact if I've lost something at the gym?
Check the lost and found box or ask a trainer/cleaning staff.
Access
What to do in case of a medical emergency or accident?
In case of a health issue or accident, call 112 to summon the rescue service. To open the security door, call 1911 or press the Help point button in the gym, and the security service will open the door remotely. The external doors indicate where the rescue team can enter.
Which gyms are accessible by wheelchair?
In Tallinn, wheelchair access is available at Gym! Ülemiste, Gym! Õismäe, Gym! Solaris, Gym! Rocca al Mare, and Gym! Virbi. In Tartu, wheelchair access is available at Gym! Tasku.
